CaraCare is running a number of groups for children and adolescents during Term 3:

  • Wrapped for adolescents - therapeutic group that promotes resilience factors for adolescents who have experienced trauma, grief, loss or abuse (Info pack)

  • Shining stars - dance therapy course for children and young people who have experienced trauma or abuse (Info pack)

  • Rediscovering the power within - yoga group for girls and young women who have experienced self harm or disordered eating (Info pack)
